Tournament Information:
This year the preliminary games will be held as follows:
Campbell - 2nd Boys & 6th Girls
Community - 3rd Girls & 4th Girls
Farmersville - K-Boys K-Girls & 1st Boys
Lone Oak - 1st Girls 2nd Girls & 3rd Boys
Princeton - 5th Girls & 6th Boys
Royse City - 4th Boys & 5th Boys
ALL CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES WILL BE HELD IN COMMUNITY ON MARCH 14TH.
The tournament is single elimination. All pre-games will be held in the town specified. The games will be played on Friday & Saturday March 6-7. and Friday March 13. With ALL championship games to be held in Community on March 14th. On both Fridays there will be three games in each gym starting at 6:30, 7:30, and 8:30. On Saturday March 7th games will be held all day. There will be a gate fee for ALL fans. Everyone is $1.00 during the pre-lims. On March 14th at the Championship games the fees will be Seniors and children $2 (under 5yrs free) and Adults $3.
DUE TO THE SIZE OF OUR LEAGUE WE MAY HAVE TO PLAY SOME GAMES ON THURSDAY MARCH 5, AND THURSDAY MARCH 12. WE WILL KNOW FOR SURE ONCE WE HAVE COMPLETED THE REGULAR SEASON. PLEASE CHECK BACK FOR YOUR TEAMS TIME AND DATE FOR THE PRE-CHAMPIONSHIP GAMES.
RCYBA is a not for profit organization dedicated to allowing boys and girls (K-6)within the RCISD the opportunity to play basketball. We are a part of the Tri-County Basketball League competing against teams from Community, Lone Oak, Campbell, Farmersville, and Princeton as well as other Royse City teams. We encourage all parents and other interested individuals to volunteer their time and talents to help make RCYBA athletes successful. Contact information is found on the left side menu.
