City Tournament Teams
(Ages 7 through 12)

Williamsport (11/12) and State All Star Teams (9/10,10/11)
(Ages 9 through 12)

- Teams are formed near end of WHLL regular season.
- Practices begin near end of the WHLL regular season.
- Tournament games begin the first week of June. ALL participating players MUST be available full time for baseball from the start of June through end of June.
- Games are played at different locations around the city, including our own fields.
- Double Elimination tournament comprised of teams from around the city.
- The more your team wins, the more it keeps playing.
- WHLL usually has teams that play deep into the City Tournament, meaning that for some of our teams the tournament lasts for most of the month of June.
City Team Age Breakdown
- League age 7 year olds will play against other 7 year olds.
- League age 8 year olds will play against other 8 year olds. 8 year old tournament will be kid pitch.
- League age 9 and 10 year olds will play together in the tournament.
- League age 11 and 12 year olds will play together in the tournament.

- Teams are not announced until June.
- Practices begin in mid June. ALL participating players MUST be available full time for baseball starting June 15. No camps, no vacations, etc.
- The Tournament begins in late June/early July.
- Double Elimination Tournament comprised of teams from the Austin District.
- Games are played at different locations in our District including our own fields.
- The more your team wins, the more it keeps playing.
- Teams that win the District Championship move to the Sectional Tournament in mid July. Teams that win the Sectional Tournament move to the State Tournament in Tyler, TX in late July/early August.
- WHLL has had teams qualify for the Sectional Tournament each of the past 4 seasons and these teams played until mid July.
- WHLL has had teams qualify for the State Tournament the last 2 years and these teams played until the end of July.
- There are 3 age divisions: 9&10, 10&11, 11&12.
