2024 / 25 S.A.O. BASKETBALL REGISTRATION

WILL BE OPEN Friday 9/20/2024!!!

• Pee Wee – K & 1st - $60 - Initial offering Instructional only for Kindergarten and 1st grade players, boys and girls will play together. Each player gets a ball and a T-shirt. Usually begins the first week in January and runs every week until the end of February depending on gym availability. (Which day of the week is being finalized) This level is typically broken out into 2 sessions, K 6-7pm and 1st grade 7 pm -8pm so the groups are easier to coach.  This level is maxed out at 50 players.  

• Clinic – 2nd & 3rd grade Boys & Girls - $85 - Clinic is instructional for boys & girls 2nd & 3rd grade combined. Practice and Games are held at Parkview School Gym, numbers will dictate how many teams and if they will be co-ed. 
  • We do NOT typically know which days the practices and games are, gym availability, coach availability, and the number of teams need to be known before we can determine this.   

• *Competitive Boys 4th through 8th grade - $160 - League is boys 4th through 8th grade, games and most practices are held at Yellin Middle School large gym. (4th & 5th grade division in house, 6th -8th may travel.)
  • *Possibly travel depending on our numbers. Games are weeknights, the number of players we have will determine if travel is needed and our game schedule.
  • We do NOT typically know which days the practices and games are, gym availability, coach availability, and the number of teams need to be known before we can determine this.  

• *Competitive Girls 4th through 8th grade - $160 - League is girls 4th through 8th grade, games and most practices are held at Yellin Middle School large gym. (4th & 5th grade division in house, 6th -8th may travel.)

BOND REFUND CHANGES:

1. All Bond Refund forms must be filled out and reviewed and signed off by a board member.

2. All Bond refund forms are required to be filed or post marked (if mailed in) by August 31st of each year͘

3. Bonds refunds not filed or filed after August 31st of each year will be considered donations to the kids, Thank You.

4. Forms will be on hand for Field cleanup day, online at BOND FORM all year and available in each snack stand.

5. Bond forms collected for reimbursement will be presented at the monthly meeting and approved for payment just after the meeting.

6. The Bond refund form is the responsibility of the parent to complete and submit to a board 

S.A.O. Board Meetings

Each Month there is a Board Meeting (members only) and a General Meeting (Open to the public) for discussions, questions, and concerns.

Typically, these meetings are held the first weekend of each month and the date/time is posted on our Calendar.  If you have an issue, please also come with potential solutions and be willing to follow through with them with the other volunteers.
