Our practice times are tentatively M-F from 5:30-7:30pm, until the first game in August and then we will go to 3 days a week (days of week TBD).  There may be a slight change to the practice schedule dependent on the park schedule once the season starts in the middle of August along with changes due with lighting requirements later in the season.

Players will be issued and may wear their equipment after 6 hours of practice on the field.  PSL will have approximately 6-8 games with an estimated 3-4 home games.  Our home game location is still TBD. PSL is a franchise within the NW Premier League and will travel to other franchise's home fields within the league.

Welcome to the home of the Puget Sound Lancers Jr. Football & Cheer Organization. The Puget Sound Lancers, also known as PSL, is in its fourth season as a non- profit 501 c (3) sports program for young athletes 1st-8th grades. This program is based out of Burien & the surrounding areas. PSL is a youth organization that is dedicated to providing a safe and fun experience for boys and girls. We will provide your youth the opportunity to play in an organized and supervised environment, while teaching them the fundamentals of football and cheerleading. We strive to inspire them to practice great sportsmanship and increase their level of physical fitness. We strongly believe that youth sports can enhance self-esteem and deter children from going in the wrong direction. The Puget Sound Lancers will be serving approximately 110 youth in the upcoming season.

We are seeking any assistance to be able to pay for the cost of league fees, uniforms, insurance, and safe equipment for the kids. We are a nonprofit 501c (3) organization and we will accept any and all donations to assist with our budget gaps. Thank you in advance for helping PSL in serving the youth of today. If you or someone you know would like to become a part of the PSL family, please feel free to come aboard and together we can support our youth.
