The entire coaching staff is looking forward to the 2017 season.  We have the majority of our successful 2016 13U team returning, but we also have several new players that we are very excited about.  In addition to the physical and situational aspects of the game, we are going to emphasize things like positive attitude, hustle, conditioning and being a good teammate.  I have always believed in a "you play like you practice" mentality, so our practices will be taken seriously and the kids will be pushed.  Of course, we understand the age of the kids and we will have plenty of laughs too.  

As your head coach, I would ask for your help by reinforcing our teachings at home.  Repetition of a correctly learned skill is the most effective thing for your son.  Talking, watching and practicing baseball with your son also has a very positive effect on his game and will increase his odds of success.  I am very excited to get started and thanks for entrusting me to be your coach.
