Welcome Back!

The CVVC welcomes back all parents, players, and coaches for the 2018 season!

We are beginning to plan for the 2018 club volleyball season. Many coaches have already stepped forward to take teams but we do need a few more. If you have volleyball skills you would like to share with our athletes, please get in touch with us at

Don't Miss Your Chance to Sign Up!

Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) and Information/Sign-up Night is coming up:

Thursday, November 16
7:00 pm
Highland Secondary School - Multipurpose Room

This is an open event for all new and returning players – male and female – born between 2000 and 2005.

If you are thinking of playing volleyball this year, it is very important that you attend this meeting and sign up for a team. If there is not enough interest for a team (a minimum number of players is required to register a team with Volleyball BC), we will not run one.

If you are interested in playing but cannot make it to the meeting, you can have a friend sign you up or you can contact us at to have your name added to a tryout list. All we need is your full name, email address, phone number, and date of birth (including year) so that we can add you to the correct team list. You will then be contacted about tryouts.

** As this is our Annual General Meeting, it is very important that we have strong parent/guardian turnout. At this meeting, changes to the Constitution and By-laws will be voted on by special resolution. We will also vote in new board members to fill vacant seats; the new board will then assign executive roles at the first board meeting. **

Volunteers Needed!

The CVVC is a non-profit club run by volunteer parents. Without our volunteers to handle the club administration, the club cannot continue. There are many seats available on the Board of Directors for the 2018 season. Please review the board position and support position descriptions on the Bulletin Board (click the link in the side menu) and then take some time to consider how you could contribute.
