Find the schedules on this website. Commissioners are to be informed of all changes. Non-weather -related changes should be phoned into your commissioner, who will notify ASA Umpire assignor. These changes will be subject to a fine.
Coaches should call the ASA Umpire assignor with weather related cancellations. Please cancel no later than 1 hour prior to start of the game. Leave a brief message regarding the change (ex: BCGSL, 10UA, at Fleetwood Blandon Fire House is Cancelled). Todd is responsible for a lot of leagues, so be clear and brief.
All the coaches information should be listed under teams. Commissioners should distribute a contact list to their coaches with emails and phone #'s of all head coaches in their league.
Venue directions are listed on this website. If your venue is not listed or directions are not given, you need to contact Kathy Marino to get them on!!
Umpire fees are $42 paid by the HOME team prior to the start of each game. Make sure you get the umpire to sign your book prior to the start of the game and that he/she is briefed on your league rules exceptions to ASA rules.
The 10U and 12U All Star team evaluations will be May 5. Please relay that information to your players and their parents. Keep an eye on the website for information, including registration for evals, coach applications, all star tournament schedule.
