Welcome to the Carroll County 13-14 Baseball League.

Carroll County 13 - 14 Recreational Baseball League

Welcome to the home of the Carroll County ages 13 - 14 Recreational Baseball League. This league features Major League Baseball (MLB) rules with bases set at 80 feet and the pitching mound distance at 54 feet.

Games are scheduled and played between the Hampstead, Finksburg, Manchester and Westminster 13/14 year old programs.
