CHANGE IN PRACTICE LOCATION
The City of Corona will not have all of our practice fields at Citrus Community Park completed by Aug. 2nd. For the first week of practice, Aug. 2-6, practice will be held at Citrus Community Park and Mountain Gate Community Park. Monday practice will be 6:00pm - 8:00pm, Tueday-Friday practice will be 6:30pm - 8:30pm.
Those teams practicing at Citrus Community Park are: Jr. Micro, Micro, Jr. PeeWee, Cheer and Flag Football.
Those teams practicing at Mountain Gate Community Park are: PeeWee and Midgets.
Mountain Gate Community Park is located at 3100 South Main Street, Corona, 92882.
Practice attire for the first week will be: issued T-shirt with player’s last name and age on the back, black shorts/sweats, jock with cup, helmet with mouth guard, and rubber molded football cleats (no screw-on or metal).
Last day to turning in paperwork and picking up equipment is Saturday, July 31st (see below).

New Players:
*Turn in Age Verification form (original birth certificate or school letter)
*Turn in record of physical exam (please use the SCJAAF approved physical form-found in Handouts section)
*Pay any outstanding balance
Returning Players:
*Turn in record of physical exam (please use the SCJAAF approved physical form-found in Handouts section)
*Pay any outstanding balance

If a player has his own equipment, he must bring it to be safety checked by the equipment manager.
PLEASE NOTE: Parents, turn in all paperwork and pay any outstanding balance before sending your child to the equipment shed. Players must be present to receive their equipment.
Parents: We MUST have a physical on file before your child can practice-NO EXCEPTIONS.
