If the City closes Citrus Park for any reason, there will be NO practice.

THERE IS NO SMOKING ON ANY HIGH SCHOOL PROPERTY, NOT EVEN IN THE PARKING LOT. YOU MUST LEAVE SCHOOL PROPERTY

FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE

 

 

MONDAY, JULY 24, 2017

Practices begin Monday, July 24th at 6:30pm, we encourage you to arrive early. Players need to wear their t-shirt they received at equipment hand out, shorts/sweats, cleats (rubber molded, no screw-in, no metal) and helmet with mouth guard.

 

If you missed paperwork turn-in and equipment handout on Saturday, July 15thyou will need to arrive at 5:00pm on July 24th to turn-in paperwork, pay any outstanding balance and pick up equipment. You will need to go to the Equipment shed area, BEFORE reporting to your practice field. Lines will be long and it is possible your player will miss practice. Board members will be available the first week of practice, before practice to receive Medical Release form, payment of registration fees and to issue equipment.

 

BOARD MEMBERS WILL BE AVAILABLE FROM 5:00pm - 7:00pm THE FIRST WEEK OF PRACTICE to receive Medical Release for, payment of registration fees and to issue equipment

 

Medical release form must be turned in and balance must be paid in full before your player will be allowed to receive equipment and allowed to practice.

 

What you will be turning in:

 

Original Medical Release form-Physical must be performed AFTER March 24, 2017, NO white out on form, NO scratch outs on form, must have doctor’s signature and stamp, Player must be physically fit to play football. Click HERE to download and print a Medical Release form if needed.  PLEASE NOTE: Per SCJAAF rules, only the attached Medical Release form can be accepted. NO COPIES of the Medical Release form and NO FAXED COPIES of the Medical Release form can be accepted--must be the form the Doctor filled out and signed.

 

Pay outstanding balance-Registration fee MUST be paid in full before your player will be allowed to practice

 

Original Birth Certificate-NO copies can be accepted. If you will need your son/daughter’s birth certificate before August 19th, you may turn it in at a later date.  PLEASE NOTE: If you have turned in your player's Medical Release Form and paid their registration fee you DO NOT need to stand in line to turn in your player's Birth Certificate. The Birth Certificate can be turned in at a later date.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BRING:



*PLAYER'S MEDICAL RELEASE (PHYSICAL FORM)

MUST BE ORIGINAL WITH NO WHITE OUT OR NO SCRATCH OUTS

* PLAYER'S ORIGINAL BIRTH CERTIFICATE

*PAY ANY REMAINING BALANCE-in full

*YOUR PLAYER-player must be present to receive equipment

 

 

PLAYERS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO PRACTICE UNTIL MEDICAL RELEASE IS TURNED IN AND BALANCE PAID IN FULL.

 

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO MAKE IT ON SATURDAY, JULY 15th, YOU MUST ARRIVE EARLY ON THE FIRST DAY OF PRACTICE, MONDAY, JULY 25th AND TURN IN ALL ITEMS ABOVE AT THE TENT BY THE EQUIPMENT SHED.

Registrations will be 9:00am - 1:00pm at Graziano's Pizza, 333 Magnolia Ave., Corona.

 


Space is limited in each Division. Register early!

 

Once a division is full, potential players will be placed on a waiting list. Being on a waiting list does not guarantee your child will be placed on a team.

Tackle Football Registration-$330.00

Cheer Registration-$110.00

Flag Football Registration-$125.00


Football players should be at registration, if possible.

Only a parent or legal guardian may sign up a football player/cheerleader.

IMPORTANT DATE: Tackle Football Paperwork turn-in and Equipment Issued-Saturday, July 15, 2017 at Citrus Park. It is MANDATORY that each player attend with a parent/guardian.
 
First day of practice for tackle football and cheer is Monday, July 24, 2017.
