Twin City Bandits, Central IL Revolution

In 2018, eight15 Tournaments and the eight15 Showcase, will offer tournament opportunities at locations in north-central Illinois.  Based out of one of the finest high school facilities in northern Illinois at Pontiac Township High School, eight15 will offer high school aged tourneys in June & early July in 2018, as well as multiple one-day, 4-team round robin events for youth teams at the 11u, 12u & 13u levels of play at nearby Saunemin Grade School.  See more information and tentative tournament details in our 2018 Tournament Schedule section.

Tuesday, July 3, 2018, will be the debut of the 'eight15 Showcase' for HS players looking to find a potential collegiate home, and the opportunity to get themselves on an MLB radar.  At the present time, 3 bird dog scouts with MLB teams, have expressed interest in attending the first event.  Colleges throughout Illinois and the midwest will be invited to attend the event as well.  HS players from throughout Illinois are invited to participate.

The 'Showcase' will be held at Pontiac Township High School.

Rawlings Sporting Goods has tentatively agreed to partner with the new eight15 Tournaments & Showcase in 2018.  Initial plans are for Rawlings representatives to be on hand during our HS aged tournaments where they will conduct a demo day.  Players involved in each tournament will have the opportunity to participate in the demo where the latest models of Rawlings bats and equipment will be available for use.

More information on the partnership with Rawlings is expected to come later this fall.

Our name comes from the fact that our service and facilities area lies within the 815 area code of northern Illinois.  Our plan is to offer affordable alternatives for teams not only in central and northern Illinois, but to teams and programs throughout the midwest looking for a small-town, rural atmosphere....away from the hectic routine found in big-city tourney locations.  Find out more information about our plans throughout our site as we continue to build our website, and our brand!
