New Age Guidelines

Homegrown Lacrosse, our league facilitator, has made the decision to adopt the recommended age segmentation guidelines set forth by US Lacrosse. This means Grand Rapids Lacrosse will offer teams for the following age groups: U8, U10, U12 and U14. More information about the changes can be found at US Lacrosse: https://www.uslacrosse.org/blog/us-lacrosse-adopts-new-player-segmentation-policy.
