The MGSL will be celebrating the opening of the Thomas Smith Athletic Center with the first meeting of the 2026 season

 

Metro Girls Softball League Fee for 2026 is $475.00 plus $300.00 escrow fee 
(Escrow Fee is usually refundable)

What is included in your fee
(4) Meetings (one of which is "new coaches")
Food and beverage at each meeting
Minimum  of 14 softballs
20 Pins for 10U -12U
25 Line up cards

 

Plus we are eliminating the Roster Fee. 
Plus a bucket every year. 

 

Awards:
For Both the Regular and Post season
10U - 14U trophies 16U and older Cloth goods awards
 
 
MGSL Rule sheet (AKA Laminated Sheet)
MGSL Challenge tournament
No umpire fees for post season championship games
     Three-man umpire crews for post season championship games

Escrow Refunds

2025 Escrow refunds are complete 

Here is the status:   As of 11/12/25 - 10AM

  1 has check yet to be cashed

12 teams/organization have rolled over there escrow

4 teams will not recieve a refund

Old infomation

Teams that paid electronically - refunds will begin at the same time (Venmo limits the amount of dollars per period that means a maximum of 10 teams per period) these refunds will go through the month of September.

Teams can roll over the escrow refunds into 2026
