US Soccer has implemented a ZERO TOLERANCE Policy. This went into effect March 1, 2025. RCSA will be strictly enforcing this policy in conjunction with the ZERO TOLERANCE Policy we have posted in RCSA Rules. (This is attached to this email). Our number one priority is the safety of our players. This is what our referees are here for. Please, respect them and if you have any questions/concerns please reach out through the proper channels. During a game, leave it to coaches to speak with the refs unless a ref initiates communication with you or you are pointing out an emergency. If you still have concerns post-game please speak with your coach about them and he/she will speak to the appropriate RCSA Board Member.

MISSION STATEMENT

RCSA is a recreational youth soccer league for children 3 years and up servicing the Royse City, Fate and surrounding cities. The purpose of RCSA is to provide the opportunity for youth to participate in the sport of soccer at any skill level. Our goal is to develop and promote good sportsmanship, teamwork and sound fundamental skills through the game.

Form in 2003, we are a member of and governed by North Texas Soccer Association, the state affiliate for US Youth Soccer. We welcome over 500 players to the fields each season. As a not-for-profit organization, we are completely volunteer relying on the gracious love and devotion of parents, coaches and board members.
