The club is excited to announce that we will be holding our end of season Recognition and Award Banquet at Williamson Banquet & Event Center on Sunday January 18th at 9:30 AM. The event will include a full breakfast buffet. There is no cost for registered players and cheer participants. Parent, sibling, and coach costs is $16 per person, kids 3 years old and under are free.
Payments must be made by Monday January 12th to attend. We will need to get an accurate head count of attendees by this date. All club members were sent an evite for the event, please respond to that if possible. If not received, please inform your head coach if you will be attending and attendee count. The list should include the number of players attending, and how many additional family members will be purchasing tickets. Payments can made in a number of ways. Checks can be sent to the club PO box (see below), or handed in directly to the coaches/team moms. Payments can also be picked up directly from parents if that is needed. Credit card is an option and we can run the cards at the door, but will still need to have a count by Jan 12th. Tickets CAN NOT be purchased at the door if you have not RSVP'd. Please spread the word on the function to your parents at your upcoming team parties and equipment pick ups. Playoff teams will be presented with their team jersey's at the event. Raffles, including free registrations baskets for next year, and 50/50’s will also be present.
