Mrs. Shahidah Jackson, born in Richmond, VA. Graduated from John F, Kennedy HS in 1993 and has a Bachelor’s Science in Health ,Physical and Driver’s Education from Old Dominion University. Currently teaches for Henrico County Public Schools. I am the proud mother of 2 former lightning athletes which also happens to be a 2015-2023 Jr. Olympian and Highland Springs High School 3 time state champion in multiple events. Currently on scholarship upon graduation to Vanderbilt University for Track & Field. Over these past 15 years being a part of the lightning family has increased my love for track and field and the passion for watching Lightning become greater every minute!!!
