The Independent Players Baseball Organization was established in Springdale, Pennsylvania during the summer of 2001. Many of the players that have played for this organization have gone on to play college baseball. This is the 19th year that coach Basilone has directed this organization and his 45th year of coaching high school players. Several players have made it into the major league level.
