Rodney Stancil Sr. is the Vice President of the Manhasset Allstars Inc who also hails from Manhasset, New York (Long Island).

Coach for the past 20 years has been the Director of Adult and Youth Leagues in the Central Florida area. Coach Rodney also worked with various youth basketball organizations, School teams. Coach continues coaching kids, running clinics for several recreational departments and schools throughout the Central Florida area.

Coach Rodney was the President /CEO / Head Coach of Team Pass Shoot Score AAU Basketball club that was created in 2009. TPSS started with one (1) team, TPSS grew to four (4) teams in 2 years before merging with the Manhasset ALLSTARS in 2016.

Coach Rodney has a wife, three daughters and three sons. Coach Rodney currently resides in the Central Florida area and works for Orange County Parks & Recreation.
