• Shall be the primary representative of the organization.
• Shall attend or appoint delegates to represent the Organization at any district or STYSA meeting.
• Shall supervise all activities of the organization and the work of its officers, board members and committees.
• Shall be responsible for all risk management and insurance aspects of the organization.
• Shall be responsible for handling all matters before him/her in the realm of discipline and protest, including those matters of constitutional or by-laws infractions.
• Has the power to approve expenditures under $200.00 without Board approval.
• Shall co-sign on all bank accounts
• Shall be a voting member of the Board of Directors.
