13/14 YEAR OLDS HAVE A LOWER PITCH COUNT IN THE REGULAR SEASON
Note: A pitcher is permitted to exceed 105 pitches to complete the current batter he is facing. A pitcher may not make more than two (2) appearances in any three (3) consecutive calendar day period.
*For a pitcher to be eligible to pitch in a 2nd game on the same day, he must throw less than 31 pitches in the 1st game. Note: a day is defined as 8am to 8am.
