Tier II C Division is designed for the more beginning-level player (5 years or less of playing experience) or players over 40 who have not played travel team, college, junior or professional hockey in the past. Any players displaying significant skills (whether they choose to utilize them fully each game or not) will not be allowed to play in this division.
