Stationary Dribbling Series 10 to 30 minutes per day.
You will see the difference!
* Work on the Dribble Drill you find most difficult.
* Go for speed. Count how many reps in 1, 2 or 3 minutes
* Chart your Score, See your progress.
Everyday in everyway we get a little better.
