Woodward Park in Fresno
We'll follow the coaches to and from the park (both Friday for practice and Saturday morning for the races). So you shouldn't need these directions. But, just in case.
If you are coming from somewhere other than our hotel, there is a Google Map below where you can get directions. If you need directions to the hotel, click on State Finals - Fresno Hotel and select it from the "Select Venue" pull down menu. The details about the hotel are all in there.
From the hotel:
1. Turn right, South, onto N. Fresno St.
2. Make an immediate U-turn and go 1.3 miles on N. Fresno.
3. Turn right on N. Friant Rd and go 1.1 miles.
4. The park will be on your left.
5. Park where ever you can.
6. We normally have a camp Northwest and across a small creek from the start/finish line. So, look for the Start/Finish location (there's a photo of the finish line below). Then look for the creek. Then look for Orange across the creek.
There is an entrance fee per person to enter the park.
The coaches may take an alternate route/entrance into the park for practice on Friday evening. But the route above is the route to take on Saturday, race day.
