I understand I am applying to participate in a non-profit organization, Colton T-ball, for the 2020 season. I agree to follow all rules and regulations and to treat all players with respect and dignity. The league will be providing me a uniform shirt at no cost. Therefore, I understand and agree that I will be required to umpire two, UNPAID, scrimmage games prior to the season beginning as part of training. I also certify that I have never been convicted of any crime which would cause me to register under section 209 of California Penal Code (Megan‘s law). I hereby release and agree to hold harmless from liability of Colton T-ball and the City of Colton. I am subject to suspension and removal by the Board of Directors for a violation of the leagues policies (by-laws). By signing, I agree that all information given on this application is true to the best of my knowledge.
