As conditioning of volunteering, I give my permission to the Big Bend Youth Football League to conduct a background check on me if they deem it necessary, which may include a review of sex offender registries, child abuse, and criminal history records. I hereby release and hold harmless from liability the BBYFL League, officers, and volunteers of such league or any other person that may provide such information. I understand that I am subject to suspension by the league officers and can be removed, for the violation of the Big Bend Youth Football League policies and principles.
