Payment Options:
At conditioning, camp, practices, or games, we accept payments by credit or debit card! This payment option will be available at the gate and concession stand during all games.

League Structure:
We no longer have a group of "Board Members." Instead, the league is now run by the Owner, who handles all operations, supported by an Assistant. Each sport within the league will have its own Commissioner, and there will be one Cheer Advisor for the league. Together, they will form the board.
Additionally, coaches from within the league will play an active role. All members of the league (Owner, Assistant, Commissioners, Cheer Advisor, and coaches) will have voting rights in all meetings.

If the Head Coach wishes to have a "Team Secretary," they will be considered an Assistant Coach and count toward the maximum number of four assistant coaches. (Note: The number of assistant coaches is based on the number of players on the team. If additional assistant coaches are deemed necessary, we will allow more.)

Meetings:
Meetings are open to the public, and parents are welcome to attend! However, please note that there may be occasions when meetings are held without the public present.


SIGNUPS OPEN'S JANUARY 20TH 2025!!!


Online signups will open on March 1st. We are using a new system this season and you will need to make a profile online to be able to sign up your child. This is so we can use the website to its fullest and it will give you the option to be able to sign up for email and text alerts from us about meetings, practices, game scores, and so much more. We are hoping this will help everyone with the problem of information not getting out to everyone. 

 

Please note that when you fill out your signup form it will say awaiting payment and you can't do anything really after that page comes up. We aren't doing online payments only in-person payments. If you see that page that says awaiting payments we DO have your signup forms. Once you have paid in person before the due date we will update it on your end and it will show up for you within 72 hours from our testing that you have paid. We will mark your printed-off form for us to see that you have paid to update it online as well. 

 

Payments are due before equipment is handed out. We have not kept to this but we will be this season. If you are on a payment plan we will need a minimum of half of the total for any kids to receive equipment this season. For anyone on a payment plan, full payment MUST be made by preview or your child will not play.
