A Copy of this completed Team Registration Form will be sent to this email address.

The coaches of this team pledge to uphold the philosophies and ethical standards of this basketball league and the Catholic Diocese of Buffalo. I/we understand that this is a developmental basketball league that stresses teaching and development over wins and losses. I/we acknowledge that equal playing time for our team members during the league regular season is a key element to the developmental philosophy of the league. I/we recognize that coach leadership is a critical element to the positive or negative experience that my/our players will have this season. I/we recognize that I/we model sportsmanship for the team in how I/we handle stressful game situations as well as winning and losing. I/we are committed to treat all the young players in this league, the referees, opposing coaches, and fans with respect and emotional control.
