I understand I am applying to participate in a nonprofit organization, Colton T-ball, for the 2020 season. I understand it is run by volunteers of the community. I agree to follow all rules and regulations and to treat players, parents, and all volunteers with respect and dignity. I am aware and I agree that I will be required to participate in all fundraising for the league. I also agree that I will be held responsible for any equipment given to me and that I will return it at the end of the season. If I fail to do so I may not be eligible to manage/coach for the next season. I also certify that I have never been convicted of any crime which would cause me to register under section 209 of the California Penal Code (Megan's law). I hereby release and agree to hold harmless from liability of Colton T-ball and the City of Colton. I am subject to suspension and/or removal by the Board of Directors for any violation of the league's policies (by-laws). By signing, I agree that all information given on this application is true to the best of my knowledge.
