Soccer Uniform Fall 2025
Use this form to purchase soccer uniforms only for Grades 1 thru 8. The cost for the uniform (one jersey, one pair of shorts and one paid of socks) is included in the $200 registration fee for the Fall 2025 season. You must register for soccer and pay the $200 fee in order for your uniform order to be processed.
Coaches will distribute uniforms upon delivery.
