I/We do further hereby release, absolve of indemnity, and hold harmless Four Oaks Civitan Club, the organizers, sponsors, coaches, managers, officers and volunteers, any and all of them. In case of injury to my/our child, I/we waive all claims against the Four Oaks Civitan Club and all its’ organizers, sponsors, coaches, managers, officers and volunteers.
