INSURANCE
All Teams must have Liability Insurance that meets the coverage requirements for the league. You are not required to purchase from MGSL but you must provide proof of insurance prior to the start of the season.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

League Fee is $475 and Escrow is $300

Payment must be received by March 10th or there is a $100 late fee.
Payment options are Check, Venmo or Cash and can be collected at any Metro Meeting, mailed or sent at anytime after registration is completed.

Venmo must be completed in 2 separate transactions. They should be labeled as follows:
League Fee- Team Name- Age Division ($475)
Escrow Fee- Team Name- Age Division ($300)

Checks should be made out to MGSL and should be tagged as follows:
League Fee- Team Name- Age Division ($475)
Escrow Fee- Team Name- Age Division ($300)
Please be sure the Coaches name is also in the memo field-

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS

I understand that I or an assistant coach must attend the Mandatory Umpire Training Class as well as attend at least 2 Metro Meetings. Failure to do so will result in registration being cancelled and $100 cancellation fee charged. *

I understand I am responsible for reading and signing the MGSL CODE OF CONDUCT and ensuring all team personnel, players and parents abide by those articles. *
