MANAGERS INFORMATION

I understand that this application must be approved by the, Forest Hills Youth Baseball, board of directors. I further understand that I must have a valid coach certification from the Hillsborough County Department of Recreation to coach at Forest Hills. I will complete a “Hillsborough County Coaching Application" form (look in "Manager forms" link) and return it to my player agent. ( A fee may be necessary in the amount of $27.50 if turned in past the deadline date). I understand that team uniforms will not be given until team manager and coaches have turned in the Hillsborough County Coaching Application forms. Team managers are responsible for acquiring a team sponsor or equivalent fees.

Managers/Coaches will be considered for approval in the following order (Winter Managers/Coaches will be considered to be returning Managers/Coaches):

1. Returning managers in same division
2. Returning managers moving up/down
3. Returning coaches from same division
4. Ruturning coaches moving up/down
5. New managers/coach by vote of board members

Coaches' Certification

If you put yes in this box we must have a expiration date from your card. You will need to show the card at tryouts. Dates for the upcoming coaching classes are listed on the web page.
