I/We, the undersigned, hereby apply for membership in the Willows Swim Club, a non-profit New Jersey Corporation. I/We agree to abide by the Willows Swim Club Bylaws and Rules & Regulations at all times. Bylaws and Rules & Regulations are available at www.willowsswimclub.com.

I/We, the undersigned, acknowledge that a Family membership is defined as one or two adults (if two adults they must be married to each other or live in the same house as domestic partners) and their unmarried natural, legally adopted or legally fostered children under the age of 26.

Bonded membership shall become effective upon issuance of a Membership Bond Certificate for which I/We will have paid to the order of the Willows Swim Club the sum of $450 (fee subject to change upon membership approval). This amount is the members' equity in the corporation and is redeemable up resignation, surrender of the Bond Certificate and sale to another party. Non-Bonded membership types become effective upon the acceptance by the Willows.
