2021 Player rating form

Hitting:
Please consider all aspects of the player's hitting ability including knowledge of the strike zone and frequency of contact.

Use a scale of 0 to 10 where 10 is the best and 0 is the worst. You can use any number from 10 down to 0.

Fielding:
Please consider the player's ability to make routine fielding plays in the outfield and infield, as well as the player's throwing ability when fielding.

Use the same 0-10 scale for rating fielding.
Pitching:
Please consider the player's pitching speed and accuracy.

Use the same 0 to 10 scale.

If the player did not pitch or pitched a limited amount of time a zero "0" rating is appropriate.
Catcher:
Please consider the player's ability to block the ball (where applicable), arm strength and accuracy to second and third base. If the player did not catch or caught a limited amount of time a zero "0" rating is appropriate.
Game Savvy:
This is a catch-all category that refers to various intangibles. Please consider knowledge of baseball rules, strategies, and nuances such as base running, speed, backing up, knowledge of baseball situations, and enthusiasm.
Overall Ability:
Each Manager's interpretation of the Rating Scale is slightly different. To more fully understand each Manager's rating, the Manager is asked to provide an overall rating assessment designed to clarify how they evaluate the player's overall ability. The last evaluation is designed for this purpose.

5 - Superior
4 - Above Average
3 - Average
2 - Below Average
1 - Needs Improvement
