WAIVER INFORMATION

RELEASE and HOLD HARMLESS
In consideration of the Participant being permitted to register and participate in the program sponsored by Ice Land, I/we do hereby forever release and discharge Ice Land and its directors, employees, agents, and/or any person, corporation, or trust connected herewith from all manner of action, injury, damages, costs, claims, or demands, which I/we will, shall, or may hereafter have, suffer, or receive by reason of such participation in this program. This release shall be binding on my/our heirs, assigns, executors, and/or administrators. I/we further agree that Ice Land shall not be considered to guarantee or warrant such equipment as may be used in the conducting of the program. Furthermore, Participant/Parent/Legal Guardian assumes all risks of personal injury and property damage caused by the actions of Participant, including, but not limited to, negligent acts or willful omissions of Participant. Participant/Parent/Legal Guardian shall hold Ice Land and its directors, employees, agents, and/or any person, corporation, or trust connected herewith harmless from and shall indemnify Ice Land and its directors, employees, agents, and/or any person, corporation, or trust connected herewith for any and all claims, demands, and actions, based upon or arising out of Participant’s actions.
