3-6 Knights Indoor Football League
The Knights Indoor Football is for kids CURRENTLY in 3-6th grades. We are not allowing 2nd grade students in this camp.

If you are unable to attend due to financial circumstances we ask you to send an email to iowateam@gmail.com and we will waive your fee. No one will be turned away.

*Must enter/exit the SE door ONLY (band door).

*Cost is $25.

* 6-7:30 PM

*Dates: Tuesday, March 5, Thursday, March 7
Tuesday, March 19, Thursday, March 21, Tuesday, March 26, Thursday, March 28

*We WILL NOT have it the week of Spring Break.
I understand that I am responsible for any medical or other charges related to my child's participation in Knights Spring Football and release all personnel including all camp and league coaches from and against all liability. I fully understand and agree to this waiver, and the assumptions of risk is to be binding on ourselves as parents/guardians. Must answer yes for child to participate.
$25 - checks made payable to: Knights Youth Football and sent to Joe Hadachek - 1340 58th Street - Dysart, IA 52224 or bring to first day of camp
