WAIVER INFORMATION-Waivers will be required from every player. Coaches will be sent information link to collect the required player waivers.

Rosters are REQUIRED to be submitted online using the roster form by May 1st

All tournament games must be played at the THPRD HMT facility in order to be
counted in the tournament. No Exceptions.
