SECTION 6: WORK BOND AGREEMENT

MANDATORY SPRING 2024 WORK BOND:

Each family must pay a Spring Season security “Mandatory Work Bond” fee of $100.00. There will be a minimum of 2 mandatory snack stand duties (per child) and a minimum of 2 work party duties (per child) required in order to fulfill your Work Bond requirement.

NOTE: The Work Bond Program is mandatory for ALL families participating in Spring 2024 baseball. Board members, coaches, team moms, etc. are NOT exempt from the Work Bond Program and must pay the $100.00 fee. In order to maintain eligibility for Spring 2024 coaching assignments, coaches are required to complete the work bond responsibilities.

The mandatory work assignments will be distributed as follows: 2 mandatory snack stand duties during the SPRING 2024 SEASON and actively participating in 2 Sunday morning Work Parties at either Hall Stadium or Hickory Manor (ESNA). These 4 mandatory assignments are for each child registered with ULL. A Work Bond Ticket will be issued for each child participating with ULL. Work assignments may be subject to change.

In order to receive your Work Bond security fee back, your work bond ticket(s) must be dated and signed by a ULL Board Member – for all 4 commitments. The ticket(s) should be signed the day you fulfill your duty so you should have it with you when completing mandatory services. A second ticket can be issued to a family if each parent would like one.

*** Reimbursement of your work bond fee will take place after the completion of the Spring 2024 season ***

Union Little League will notify all families when and how work bond reimbursements will be distributed. More information will follow on the reimbursements during the spring season.
WORK BOND REQUIREMENT:

If you fail to work your 4 assigned mandatory commitments (per child), and you did not check the above that you wish to forfeit your bond money, you will not receive the security fee back. All 4 commitments (per child) of mandatory work time must be fulfilled. There will be no reimbursement of the security money for partial completion of your required mandatory work commitments. You must fulfill your commitments 100%.
