2026 Spring Registration
Welcome to the 2026 Spring Softball Season! Online registration offers the option for an online payment at the time of registration that has additional fees. Credit cards & ACH are accepted. If you do not wish to pay online, you still need to submit the online registration, select pay in person or mail in payment, and submit your payment in the following ways: -Venmo- @BGS-Hericanes (do not select for Purchases) -Send a check to our mailing address -Pay in person at the field (dates TBA) **A $20 discount per family will be applied if registered and paid in full by 1/16/26. A $10 discount per family if registered and paid in full before 1/31/26. Payments must be received in order to obtain discounts. This form allows a family to register multiple players and provide parent/guardian information. You can also use this site to find important dates and game information. Official age is your daughter's age as of September 1, 2025. If you wish to play up a division, please let us know so we can make sure the skill level matches. Travel ** (teams: 8U, 10U, 12U, 14U, 16U, 18U) 1st player $150, 2nd player $120, 3rd player $80 T-Ball ** (ages 4-7) T-Ball 1st player $65, 2nd player $35, 3rd player Free ** A $50 Field Day Fee applies to each Family registering. By volunteering your time on one of the Field Days you will receive a refund of your $50 fee. If registering multiple players from a family, full price is paid for the highest level of registration for the first player. (Ex. 1 10U player @ $150 + $50 field day/snack bar fee and 1 T-Ball player @ $35 = $235) ***No girl will be turned away because of financial hardship. PARENT'S CODE OF CONDUCT STATEMENT I understand and agree that this League is an intramural and instructional league. It is against league rules to show unsportsman-like conduct at any games or practices. In the event that I am evicted from a game for any misbehavior, I fully understand that I as well as my child(ren) may be asked not to return to this league and no monies will be refunded. (This also applies to parents that are coaches/assistant coaches) PHOTO RELEASE I hereby give my consent for Brookhaven Girls Softball to use any photos/videos of myself and/or minor child, in future Brookhaven Girls Softball brochures, flyers, website, social media, photos and videos of its programs and their participants, which may be used for promotional and instructional purposes. Furthermore, I understand that all such photos/videos remain the property of Brookhaven Girls Softball. MEDICAL RELEASE FORM FOR 2026 SEASON I, the parent or legal guardian of the participant named below, do hereby give my approval for her to participate in any and all activities during the 2026 season of the Brookhaven Girls Softball League. In the event I, or the person(s) listed, cannot be immediately contacted, I, the parent/guardian, hereby give my permission for necessary medical attention to be administered to my child, if she is injured as a result of participation in any Brookhaven Girls Softball League activity. I understand that the League's medical insurance policy is provided only as a secondary coverage to each player's personal health insurance plan. I further understand that this medical release is effective during the 2026 Brookhaven Girls Softball Season. In the event that I cannot be immediately contacted, I also give my permission for the person(s) listed below to act on my behalf with respect to necessary medical attention for my child while she is a participant of the Brookhaven Girls Softball League.
