• A $10 family discount will be applied if you register and paid by January 31st. 
• Discount will only apply if paid in full by the above dates. 
• Registration closes February 22nd. 
• A late fee will be applied if registered on/after February 23rd. We can also not guarantee a roster spot if registered after February 23rd. 
• Registration can be cash or check, in person or mailed, through our Venmo (@BGS-Hericanes) or online (a service fee will be added if done through the website.) 
• Please register early. To manage team numbers, the board will use it's discretion and close/create a waitlist for any division when we see appropriate. Please know it is our goal to offer softball to every girl, at the same time keeping it enjoyable for all.
• Please share will all your softball friends. We will have limited time for late registrations. 
• A $50 Field Maintenance Fee will be added to every family registration. This is a REFUNDABLE fee. A refund will be issued if a parent/guardian participates in one field day to help with clean up and maintenance. Field Days are scheduled Saturdays in March. Field days are very critical to get our fields ready for the season.

• 2/22 ~ Registration Closes 
• 2/23 ~ General Membership Meeting - 6pm - Cocco's 
• 2/27 ~ Coaches Meeting - 6pm - Cocco's 
• 2/28 ~ Evaluation/Try outs (more details coming) 
• 3/2 ~ Coach's Draft (if needed) - 6pm - Cocco's 
• 4/11 ~ Opening Day Parade
