ALL STAR TEAM REGISTRATION FORM . All teams competing in the Florida Babe Ruth Softball State Championship MUST complete this registration form. There is a $120 non refundable deposit to reserve your spot in the tournament. This only guarantees you will be placed in the bracket. Team Manager will receive 4 Tournament Wrist Bands (4x$30) in consideration of deposit. Sports Engine Payment Confirmation # is required to submit registration.
