| 2026 JWBA Registration Form This is the online registration for the 2026 JWBA Ball Season. Please complete this form and submit payment. **REGISTER YOUR PLAYER WITH THEIR CURRENT GRADE!!** **PLEASE NOTE: THEIR CURRENT GRADE IS THE GRADE THAT THEY ARE IN TODAY, RIGHT NOW, AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION.** After your registration is completed, you can pay online using a credit/debit card, or PayPal account. **EFFECTIVE 2025 - REGISTRATION PAYMENT MUST BE MADE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION. IF REGISTERING ONLINE - YOU MUST PAY ONLINE.** You can also register your child in-person. In person registration will be held on a Saturday morning from 8:00 AM to 11:00 AM. Currently the date and location are TBD, but previously has been held at the Jeff West Elementary School, during the Meriden/Ozawkie Chamber of Commerce Pancake Feed. ALL payment types will be accepted at in-person registration. **Registration is due ON or BEFORE March 7th, 2026.** Payment must be at the time of registration, unless other arrangements are made. *NO LATE REGISTRATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER MARCH 7th UNLESS A TEAM HAS LESS THAN 10 PLAYERS ROSTERED. NO EXCEPTIONS* Baseball/Softball Registration Fee: Multi-player discount system applies for families with more than one child registered for baseball and/or softball.
