HOOPS BY THE SEA PLAYER RETURNING PLAYER REGISTRATION FORM 2026 Clicking on the link above registers your player for our 2026 summer basketball league "Hoops by the Sea" This form is for players currently in grades 2nd to 7th who will be entering grades 3rd to 8th in the fall of 2026. All returning players and siblings registering prior to February 15th are guaranteed a spot in our league. After Feb 15th REGISTRATIONS ARE ACCEPTED ON A FIRST COME FIRST SERVE BASIS.
