Player Pick-up Form Indoor 23-24 Team managers are to use this form to pick-up players. ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Online pickup forms should be completed prior to the game. If this is not possible, the online form must be completed within 12 hours of the game and the Team Rep needs to notify the opposing Team Rep of the pickups prior to the start of the game. All pickups, including name, jersey number, and team must be added to the game sheet. If a Team Rep cannot do this email this information to tbwsc.registrar@gmail.com within 12 hours of the game. If a team needs more than 3 pickups to play the game, the Team Rep must notify the opposing Team Rep and the Ref that they have more than the allowed number of pickups. The game will be played but will result in a 1-0 loss for the team with more than the allotted pickups. Team contact email addresses may be found on either the pickup form or on the team roster pages. Teams may pick up players as per the following: - Gold division teams may pick up laterally and from the silver and bronze divisions - Silver division teams may pick up laterally and form the bronze division - Bronze division teams may pick up laterally ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- |
