Pickups are limited to no more than three (3) players per game. Teams are permitted to pick up a max. of three players to provide them a maximum of 3 subs (indoor). This includes rostered players and pickups. Goalies are included as one of the three pickups. All pickups must be added to the game sheet prior to the start of the game. 

Only fully registered players (those with an OSA membership) may play as pickups.

If a team uses pick up player(s), rostered players on the host team must receive fair playing time.

Divisions may pick up players as follows:

DIVISION 1 - may pick up players laterally or from Division 2 or 3

DIVISION 2 - may pick up players laterally or from Division 3

DIVISION 3 - may pick up players laterally

BLUE & GREEN - may pick up players laterally within their division, Blue may also pick up Green Division players.
