2025-2026 YYR Baseball Tryout Registration So that we can be properly prepared on evaluation day, please fill out this form. If you are signing up more than one player, please fill out a separate form for each player. Please remember to bring a copy of your child's birth certificate (new players only), a completed medical release form (new and returning players), and a check payable to YYR for $20.00 (new players only). All participants will receive a T-shirt. |
