| First of all, before you over react anymore than you already have, realize that the conference call was Saber's idea. Secondly, nothing was said about you in the meeting that wasn't said directly to you or on this site.
One new rule, effective immediately, came out of that meeting...
A minimum of two coaches must approve any trade from here on out.
The problem was not with the trade. I understand why that trade was made. The problem is the team that was drafted. The draft mistake of not drafting a QB caused quite a few problems, including potential problems for next year. It is my personal policy to not interfere with a deal made between two coaches. But I certainly don't want to be in this situation next year. So we, meaning the coaches and the panel of veterans, will do our best to make sure we can prevent this from happening again.
Anthony did what he had to do to compete. But the reality is, his mistakes have affected the league in a negative way.

Perportion.
Anthony did what he had to do.
When you are named coach, you are given a privlegde to make disions for a team without consent from anyone else.
How are you guys going to have a meeting about the commisioner of the league. If i had first choice this year it would have been to play for AT. (No Offense Karl) I love playing on your team chuck, but i respect AT more than any other coach in the league.

I'm not the commissioner Ty. I stepped in last year and did a very poor job so I was relieved of my post and I totally understand why.

I didn't over react if you would have had some of the things said to you that have been said to me or about me or behind my back you would have picked up and moved.
I'm not a victim, I'm not saying that at all. I don't run and hide, however I take shit that is said that questions my character personally.
