| A CFL career came to an abrupt end today. I don’t know what I could have done to prevent it? I was completely surprised when I got the text message. The text message read “As much as it hurts to say it, this was my final game”.
Mike Zeer was right when he said people on the team didn’t believe anymore. The thing he was wrong about was that it was only one (I think). Now if I’m wrong about that would any of the players on the Red team please speak up. I don’t mean on the chat board (call me 248-561-6100) but if you are not happy ( I don’t mean not happy about losing because I’m not happy about that myself ) wearing a Red jersey Sunday mornings please let me know. I will do what I can to get you off the team or you can fake an injury and stop showing up. The reason you should fake an injury is that for the guy that quit today. He gives up his right to come back to play in the CFL for the next 15 years.
This is a pledge to my players “I will play every single down as if were my last” If anyone can’t make the same pledge let me know.
I will find you a team that will carry you and not ask you to contribute in return.
I know the ones that I want to go to war with and the others follow Wasim’s lead and bow out.
For the player that stay and are ready to go to war for Red and the integrity of the league buckle up. You’re in for some smash mouth football for at least the next 5 weeks and god willing the next 7.
Go Red… CFL for life!

| No matter how bad it gets you should never quit, even when you get traded from 5 and 0 and went to 0 and 5 (hmmm hmmm...lol...even though we got hoed on that reverse td pass i threw that they said i was over the line) the thought never crosses my mind i love to compete sometimes even a little too much and i get a bad rap, but one thing is for sure i play my ass off every game...as i will for green this year!!!!!
Quiters are losers, and A T I really made that post to call out the players for you...one thing you do is play your ass off and i do respect that even though i question some of your moves.....
CFL really is the best league to be a part of!!
