Guys,

We have a couple of options for the Winter League.

1. Shelby Soccer City- that is where our first game was last year, and is located at Auburn and Dequindre on the far East side. We'd be looking at similar time slots as last year (Sunday nights 8:00, 9:00, 10:00)

2. Oakland University- home to the majority of last year's season. Limited as far as spectators, but good central location. May have some flexibility on the time slots.

3. Novi Soccer Zone- most expensive and fewest time slots available. Games would likely be at 11:00 and 12:00 midnight. Great location though (and if anyone wants to buy one of those condos out in front of that place, let me know).

4. MeramPlex- Brand new opening up in January. Phenomenal place with multiple fields. Also, we will have a nice selection of time slots cause everything is still wide open. The only drawback is that it is at 23 and Dequindre. Although my map does not show roads that far, i've estimated that it is about a 3.5 hour drive from my house at 14 and Telegraph. While i'd make it work, it would be tough to pull off, especially on Sunday.

Anyhow, those are your choices. Give me some feedback so we can make the best choice.

Great,23 and Dequindre, see you guys there. J/K that would be far even for me. I thought Oakland was good, even though they had regulations on people, I dont remember them every really enforcing them. It is the most fair as far as location, the time slots were good, and the field was acceptable. I think we should ask Tarik and Tony how they want that whole field goal thing to work before we start playing there again

Has anybody seen Gold Sissy?

And on a separate note, i'm suprised to hear so much TEAM White hating going on. "They didn't deserve to win," "Yellow had them beat," "White got lucky". I even heard someone say that we were "totally overrated". Interesting. What can you do I guess.

My vote is for Shelby, it is a great field with real field goal posts and has had football there for many years.

i didn't play last year indoors because my schedule didn't allow for it on sunday nights, but just out of curiosity,

what ever happened to the oakland yard??

a great facility, decent location (m-59), and plenty of room.

just some fyi...

Derek D brings up a good point, Oakland Yard is a pretty good place to play I think. Are you playing in door this year D?

I like Shelby because we are free to do what we want, but its to far away. I think we should go somewhere neutral. Oakland U was a good place even though i couldn't have any of my females come to enjoy my game play.

Joey K.

what happend to the Text messages, I haven't had to go and buy any new phones lately. I broke 2 of them because of your little Text Messages. One on the Concreate floor the other on a brick wall.

Tuney if they let me coach this year, you are going to be my QB, come over a practice.

Hey Ty,

Are you going to pick up Matt J. on your team as well? Or how about Nicky or Scott?

I'll be bringing the Keemo Thearopy, and you can bring the cooler

Oakland Yard is cool to me

In the words of Detroit Lions' soon-to-be-pro-bowler Roy Williams: "If it aint broke, don't fix it"

If not having room for spectaters is a problem, I'll just mine and Tyson's girls meet us at Toma's house after the game.
