| Sorry boys , but I can't make it to the SS CUP. If you remember my last post, Grapes called me. He wants me to come to the mainland asap as he has heard all the hype around the possibility of me and my own show. He says that it's a sure bet.
Also, Grapes wants me to get the Wartsy name and logo out there. He's having a prototype done on a ball . He wants some good looking dude from the CEL to don the cap. Grapes says " hot looking people get noticed and what they wear gets noticed". This must be true because Grapes has some fine looking duds.
I was thinking of the model type guys from the CEL and there sure are a lot with the likes of Pierre la Duramax, Andy Keough, Ron "toodles" Sullivan, and of course the Swainer backstopper { though it would be a shame to place a ball cap over hair as fine as his].
Anyway, if any of our readers want the modelling job or want to suggest a name, just post their mailing address on a reply to this post and I will make sure he gets the hat when I get back.
Could someone please keep me updated on the SS CUP? My heart is there but I cannot pass up this opportunity. Maybe Grapes will mention my name on Coaches Corner tonight.
