I have a couple questions and concerns. I need some advice.
Last night was my routine Chest & Tri's, did the same exact workouts as last Monday and even added a couple different sets for chest. I was soooo sore last Monday, today I feel nothing besides a little stiffness in my chest. Why am I not as sore as last week? Is it because I did not lift heavy enough? Or not train hard enough? Do i need to train with more sets? Or is it eventually after you've been lifting for so long your body grows immune to it?
Please give me a reply ASAP! Im really anxious to know.

Tony, the reality of it is that you did win a couple titles your first few years in the league. However, you have done nothing since the league has gotten faster, stronger and more athletic with the new editions. Since you like to use 2pac references, you can compare your first few years in the league to 50's line, "in high school you was the man homie," now your just a wankster. AND it is very questionable whether anybody would be willing to gamble with you as their first round pick after your debacle last year as the #1 and your inability to help your team win big games the past couple of seasons.
